• Learn the fundamentals of hockey, skating, balance, quick breaks, speed and backward skating.
• Shooting
• Defensive strategies and different types of checks
• Carrying the puck and body deception
• Goaltending: Stance, use of hands, legs and feet. The stick and body angles.
• Individual tactics, beating the checker and handling a body check.
• Having fun learning the fundamentals of hockey by incorporating fun drills
